As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Bilingual Order Desk Associate proficient in both English and French.


Position Overview:


As a Bilingual Order Desk Associate at Shah Trading Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders from our diverse customer base.

Your proficiency in both English and French, along with your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service, will be key to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Verify order accuracy, pricing, and product availability.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in both languages.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to optimize order processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in both English and French, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Previous experience in order desk, customer service, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Knowledge of the food industry or related products is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus.
