Gas Bar Supervisor - Rosetown, Canada - Federated Co-operatives Limited

Description

Duties will include but not limited to:

Þ Supervise and provide training and assistance to gas bar attendants

Þ Multi-task in a service related environment

Þ Handle cash and accurately complete customer transaction

Þ Ordering products

Þ Ensure that work areas are kept neat and tidy and that displays are kept fresh, well rotated and merchandised.

Þ Work with Manager to implement and maintain CASMs

Þ Assist with inventory and inventory counts

Þ Provide a superior level of customer service

The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating schedule to provide leadership throughout mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Previous retail supervisory experience along with a background in a Gas Bar/C-Store setting, card lock operations and/or petroleum industry would be considered an asset.
