Duties:


  • Front desk
  • Greeting customers
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Scheduling and patient management
  • Billing and collections
  • Intake orientation and data collection
  • Calling Insurance companies for coverage details
  • Patient retention and follow up calls
  • Educating patients on different service offers
- coordinating staff schedules and inventory management
- ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention
- provide training to staff when required and ensure protocols are followed
- provide sales and marketing opportunities to increase patient visits and sales


Skills and Experience

  • Must have completed your education and be able to work full time
  • Must be able to work up until 7pm and some Saturdays and Sundays until 2pm
  • Excellent interactive skills and an extrovert
  • Previous office and administrative experience in this industry
  • Previous sales/retail experience
Organized and task oriented

Familiar with EMR software use

Proven track record towards efficiency and team building


Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:


  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 4 years (required)
- physiotherapy admin: 2 years (required)
- physiotherapy Reception: 2 years (required)
