What Will You Do?

Operate and assist in providing maintenance and repairs on the Baden Ammonia Refrigeration system.
Assist in repair and maintenance at the Baden Terminal.
Assist in repair and maintenance at nearby facilities such as Baden Shop, New Hamburg, Sandhills, and Highland Rd.
Communicate issues to Supervisor and assist with repairs.
Monitor the refrigeration system, maintaining the logbook as per TSSA.
Complete building operation maintenance such as repairing/maintaining dock doors, dock plates, dock temperature monitoring system, man doors, plumbing system, electrical systems, truck block heater plugins, lighting systems, HVAC systems, access control, and security systems.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
On call coverage for vacation and other time off as required.
All other duties as required.

Who Are We Looking For?

1 year of experience with building maintenance and refrigeration preferred.
Working towards Class B Operator Certification required.
Require a very high level of judgement.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
Basic MS Office Suite skills required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability considered an asset.
