  • Promote and complete the sales process of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service.
  • Educate customers about Mercedes-Benz vehicles, newest technology and services.
  • Respond to sales inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion.
  • Present vehicle in a customeroriented manner, ensuring a delightful handover.
  • Demonstration of vehicles features on delivery: Bluetooth pairing, Navigation System, Audio System, Vehicle Safety Technology.

Requirements:


  • Post secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment (2 years)
  • Bilingual is an asset
  • Mercedes-Benz product knowledge is an asset, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attentiontodetail
  • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Valid driver's license
  • Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate), Outlook, One-Eighty


  • HOURS

  • Monday-Thursday 12pm8pm Fridays 830am6pm Alternate Saturdays
