At TC Transcontinental, we've got it made, and that's because of the expertise of our team.We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to bolster our Talent Acquisition team, specifically focusing on supporting our US Packaging Plants in Hourly Recruiting. This is a 6-month position intended to address the current needs of the team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in catering to the hourly hiring requirements across multiple locations.

When your expertise drives us.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources management or a related field
  • Proficient in working with content management systems.
  • Skilled in utilizing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other Miscellaneous Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting recruitment strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing highvolume recruitment processes.
  • Experience in Hourly Manufacturing Recruiting is preferred
  • Must be located in the United States
