Bilingual Dispatcher - Hybrid
By monitoring all Field Service Route Management System activities and collaborating with Field Service Team Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring our service technicians are minimizing their travel time between customer calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Field Service Technicians to maintain a response time of four (4) hours by:
- balancing Technicians workload
- maintaining appointment schedules
- monitoring, responding to GPS alerts and managing the GPS mapping in order to identify Technicians status and location
- monitoring and responding to messages from Field Service Technicians, Managers, and Service Agents
- Respond to customer calls to support the team as required
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to quickly learn inhouse systems, policies, procedures
- Experience with using Google Maps
- Basic MS-Office skills
- 13 years of related work experience

Language requirement:
- In this job, you will be required to provide support nationally. As customers and work colleagues are spread out across Canada, both English and French (written and spoken) is needed for daytoday responsibilities such as: respond to customer (internal and external) calls from other provinces, review documents generated in other provinces, etc... Therefore, you must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages
