What you'll be doing


The Consultant, Data Analytics will be part of the Compliance Reporting & Analytics team reporting to the Director, Compliance Reporting & Analytics.

The Consultant, Data Analytics is a key player in helping the Compliance & Global Regulatory Affairs (CGRA) team harness the power of data to make informed decisions.

The role will collaborate with members of the CGRA team to understand their data needs, develop analytics strategies, and implement solutions to drive business objectives.

The objective of the role is to perform data analytics for the Compliance team to produce consumable and measurable insights and reporting to support efficient execution of its mandate.

How you'll succeed

Analytics - Collect, analyze, interpret and visualize relationships in data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

Interpret trends, patterns in complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and utilize statistical methods, data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively.

Build strategic solutions by writing good code/unit tests following industry best practices.


Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Compliance Business Partners to identify and realize points of integration to deliver coordinated data insights and reporting services.

Develop internal and external contacts to stay abreast of evolving data analytical and reporting techniques. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholder requests.

Stakeholder Relationships & Communication - Make an impact by developing strong relationships with internal partner teams.

Turn data from multiple sources into information and insights, helping the Compliance stakeholders to make insightful, strategic and data-informed decisions.

Present factual, conceptual information and summaries tailored to executive leadership.


Who You Are- You can demonstrate 2 to 3 years work experience and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and programming in scripting languages (R, Python) to develop reports and dashboards.- You can demonstrate skills and some experience disseminating significant amounts of information, with great attention to detail and accuracy and strong business acumen.- You have a Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field or equal- Your influence makes a difference.
