Position Overview:

The accesso Paradox all-in-one solution was specifically designed by ski people for ski resorts. Location:
Quebec, Canada. This role can be performed in a hybrid version of in-office (Quebec City) and remote.

Sr. Product Manager


Travel
Requirement:
Up to 15% (once per quarter)


What you'll be working on:


  • Conducting continuous discovery and user interviews
  • Managing the Product Backlog (prioritization, monitoring, improvement) following Scrum methods and respecting the roadmap, identified in collaboration with the stakeholders
  • Managing maintenance to the best of your ability while guaranteeing a good level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring the communication of progress to stakeholders and key indicators, especially to the customer
  • Developing functional documentation
  • Taking ownership of the product evolution vision in the short, medium and long term and maintaining the appropriate flow to align with this vision
  • Developing and presenting User Stories to the development team and supporting them throughout the development process
  • Collaborating with the various stakeholders in the realization of technology solutions
  • Supporting the Customer Success team in evaluating solutions, in collaboration with the development team

What you bring to the role:

  • Knowledge of French and English spoken and written
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT with at least 3 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Manager in development projects
  • A very good understanding of the business needs and operations of a SaaS software development company B2B or B2B2C
  • Ability to understand the reality and needs of ski areas and ski/snowboard enthusiasts
  • Ability to mobilize, guide and influence the various project stakeholders to align with accesso Paradox' vision and stimulate collaboration
  • Knowledge of and respect for UX and UI principles when performing tasks
  • Excellent command of the Agile / Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of web development methods
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira
  • PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification an asset
