We are looking for an experienced

Parts Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in leading the team of associates who facilitate the purchasing and selling of parts required to service our clients. Leveraging your extensive leadership skills and knowledge of parts and customer service excellence, you will be accountable for the profitability of the parts department as well as proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization and merchandising.

Your day-to-day
- Manage daytoday business operations for the Parts Department to achieve optimal results in all financial performance categories
- Managing and directing the work of the parts department team, including performance management, training, and development
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring proper stocking of parts, and managing the parts ordering process
- Providing excellent customer service to customers, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Promoting and selling parts to customers, building relationships with existing customers, and identifying potential new customers
- Completing paperwork, processing invoices, and performing other administrative tasks as needed
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in an automotive dealership Parts Department
- Completion of a related postsecondary program and or training courses would be valuable
- A detailed understanding of Parts and Service operations and inventory management
- Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team development, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.)
- Understanding of Provincial Safety code requirements for dealerships
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a safe driving history
