How you will make contributions that matter:

Complete all processes related to the picking and packing of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Safe operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including Forklift, Walkie, Raymond Reach, Scissor Lift, Palletizer and Box Former
Packaging of milk products into corrugate boxes according to customer requirements
Inspecting completed orders for accuracy, product integrity and code dates; completing documentation as required
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the highest quality product possible
Must demonstrate teamwork, co-operation, responsibility, initiative and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
Ensures that safe conditions exist always within the work environment; will take appropriate action to protect the health and safety of employees and comply with all requirements as stated in the Health and Safety policy
Full participation in the HACCP program and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
Other duties as assigned

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

Warehouse/Forklift experience an asset
Sound communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated, results oriented and possess high degree of initiative, and work well with mínimal supervision
Must be available to work various shifts, weekends, and work overtime as required
Working knowledge of computers, high school diploma preferred (but not required)
Ability to perform physically demanding work, lifting up to 40kg
