We are looking for a
Key Account Specialist to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time position.

_ How you will contribute:
_


  • Responsible for contacting, negotiating, and conducting sales activities with key accounts (major retailers or distributors) to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key accounts, understand customer needs, and provide professional solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives and performance indicators.
  • Conduct market research to understand market dynamics and competitors, provide data support for sales strategies and plans.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare sales reports and sales forecasts, and track sales performance in a timely manner.
  • Participate in customer contract negotiations, ensure contract terms align with company interests and policies, and manage contract signing and administration.
  • Guide and train sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to local Canadian clients, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for Canadian clients, maintaining regular communication and building longterm relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Monitor and assess client feedback and market trends in Canada, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and offerings in the local market.
  • Demonstrate expertise in payment sales, including knowledge of payment processing solutions, pricing models, and industry regulations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the payment industry, leveraging existing relationships and market insights.
  • Collaborate with payment partners and vendors to develop joint sales strategies and expand paymentrelated offerings to key accounts.
  • Stay updated with the latest payment industry trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and recommendations to the company's leadership team.

_ What you bring to the table:_

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, sales management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in KA sales or key account sales, familiar with FMCG or retail industry.
  • Excellent sales skills and negotiation ability, able to establish good relationships with customers.
  • Strong market analysis, sales planning, and sales data analysis skills.
  • Experience in team management and coaching, able to lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to effectively coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties.
  • Selfdriven and able to work under pressure, maintaining a positive sales attitude in a highpressure environment.
  • Proficient in using office software and sales management tools.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian market and customer service practices, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to Canadian clients.
