Job Description:

:

Support the Business Analysis team in Business Process and Customer Journey Mapping analysis & documentation, including migrating from the legacy system and updating with relevant changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be part of the dynamic Business Analysis and PMO team(s).
Work closely with the Business Analysts to identify the Business Processes and Customer Journey Maps for migration and updates.
Familiarize with the legacy and existing diagramming tools and the CCX Process and Customer Journey Repositories.
Document and develop the identified Business Process Document (BPD) for internal and external review.
Collaborate with the existing team members towards the formal review and handover to the Business Process owners.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

ACADEMIC TRAINING- Currently in 2nd or higher year of graduate program in Engineering, Business or Information Technology- WORK EXPERIENCE- Analysis or software work experience extremely beneficial Project work with small teamsSPECIFIC COMPETENCIES- Strong aptitude for analysis with a positive and inquisitive attitude Must demonstrate an inquisitive nature and strong attention to detail Must be quality and customer focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience using Google suite of tools (Docs, Drive, Sheets) Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and listening). Ability to communicate in English (both oral and written) is essential. Demonstrated ability to work independently - including the ability to balance conflicting priorities, while still delivering on time. General understanding of Telecom, Cable and Internet industries is an asset. Flexibility:
