    As an AR specialist focused on portfolio management and customer liaison, you'll have the chance to shape positive financial interactions and contribute to our overall success.

    Reconciliation of accounts dailyMonitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularitiesInvestigate and resolve customer queriesResearch, understand, and process adjustmentsOrganizing a recovery system and initiate collection effortsCommunicating with customers via phone and emailInteract with Sales Department and customers to resolve discrepanciesDevelop and monitor sound credit policies; perform credit checksSupport the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accountsCommunicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidatesStrengthen and grow relationships with clients by communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts
    Certified Credit Professional designation or working towards. 2+ years of experience in the A/R functionProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with partners, staff and fellow department members, as well as clients.

    French is not required but would be an assetSkilled in problem solving and the ability to multi-task several duties at once and prioritize them.
