We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Professional to join our team.

As a Car Sales Professional, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs, budget, and preferences.

Your role will be crucial in creating a positive and memorable car-buying experience for our valued clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:
Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, actively listening to their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the various car models, features, and specifications in our inventory, and effectively communicate this information to potential buyers.


Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with customers to identify their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory.

Test Drives:
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, providing guidance and answering questions about the vehicle's performance and features.

Sales Process:

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.


Negotiation:

Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to reach a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership.


Customer Follow-up: Maintain contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries after the sale.

Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.

Market Awareness:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid OMVIC sales license or willingness to obtain

Riverview GM offers competitive compensation, including a base salary and commission structure, along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and ongoing training and development opportunities.


Salary:
From $75,000.00 per year
