Responsibilities:


  • Providing assistance to the project manager for:
  • Governance implementation
  • Functional requirements definition
  • Solution definition (selection of the tool) and implementation roadmap
  • Working closely with SMEs, collecting and converting business requirements into functional specifications, preparing the functional specifications and system requirements of the tool
  • Ensuring that the design is aligned with Group policies and industry best practices as well as with the regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain uptodate functional documentation of the project.

Skills and behaviors:

-
BS in Computer Science or Business Information systems or related IT field, or equivalent work experience required.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Demonstrated analytical skills

Experience with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Information Technologies Continuity management is a plus

  • Familiarity with BC planning software is preferable

Essential Specific Requirements:


  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and French
  • Experienced with the documentation of business processes
  • Strong problemsolving and time management skills
  • Ability to/interest in learning about new products/technologies
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, reflecting detail orientation
  • Strong knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to multitask on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the firm

Salary:
From $65.00 per year
