The Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Assess the overall clinic competitive environment and develop and execute a clinic strategic plan that is aligned to the overall organization's strategy
- Work with the sales team to conduct territory business reviews, aid in territory planning, and collaborate on key clinic initiatives
- Negotiate, execute, and maintain all clinic account contracts, delivering a favorable ROI and margin for the business
- Plan, forecast, monitor, and achieve clinic account business revenue and defined KPI targets
- Facilitate and manage all clinic account payments including monthly reporting and clinic account communications
- Develop and execute clinic channel promotional, educational and communication campaigns and POAs in partnership with crossfunctional departments
- Deliver internal company training and regular performance updates
- Work with internal partners to continuously improve the customer onboarding and follow up experience to improve the customer lifetime value
- Lead solution development and issue resolution efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
- Proactively engage total clinic account customers including owners, educators, and other staff regularly at the national and local level to maintain and enhance the relationship

This is a full-time role based out of Ontario.
