The Opportunity


Responsibilities:


  • Assess the overall clinic competitive environment and develop and execute a clinic strategic plan that is aligned to the overall organization's strategy
  • Work with the sales team to conduct territory business reviews, aid in territory planning, and collaborate on key clinic initiatives
  • Negotiate, execute, and maintain all clinic account contracts, delivering a favorable ROI and margin for the business
  • Plan, forecast, monitor, and achieve clinic account business revenue and defined KPI targets
  • Facilitate and manage all clinic account payments including monthly reporting and clinic account communications
  • Develop and execute clinic channel promotional, educational and communication campaigns and POAs in partnership with crossfunctional departments
  • Deliver internal company training and regular performance updates
  • Work with internal partners to continuously improve the customer onboarding and follow up experience to improve the customer lifetime value
  • Lead solution development and issue resolution efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Proactively engage total clinic account customers including owners, educators, and other staff regularly at the national and local level to maintain and enhance the relationship
Experience- 5+ years of account management and/or sales experience- A degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university- Demonstrated tactical proficiency in developing strategic plans including market/targeting assessment, alignment with organizational objectives and KPIs- Strong leadership to lead and collaborate with a diverse group of cross functional partners- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving ability- Excellent project management skills- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills- Comfort with ambiguity and able to perform in a fast pace and changing environment- Working knowledge of cannabis and the cannabis industry and/or healthcare related industry an asset- Valid driver's license- Proficient using MS Office- Fluency in French and English is an asset
