The brand offers thousands of casino games, live dealer and sports betting to players in five continents with support for multiple languages and currencies.

We're looking for a Customer Journey Writer to join our growing team.

The iGaming industry has a high cost of customer acquisition and relies on strong customer journeys to achieve profitability and maximise LTVs.

Requirements:

These are some of the skills we're looking for:

Knowledge of iGaming / Casino / Table Games / Sports Betting
Experience building customer journey flow charts
Experience crafting high converting sms campaigns.
Experience crafting remarketing ad copy.
Strong, proven, personable writing style.
Experience with split testing and optimising.
