Description
The Customer Service / Parts Representative will interact with the company customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

  • Key Responsibilities:_
  • Parts picking / order fulfillment for all counter sales.
  • Product research and identification for parts inquiries
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Monitors customer orders while working with purchasing department to ensure meeting customer requirements are met.
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned, including occasional backup in Shipping area.
  • Required Skills/Abilities:_
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Serviceoriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software.
  • Able to multitask and work in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to work in an office and warehouse setting
  • Multilingual in any of the following languages: French, English, Punjabi, Hindi would be an asset, but not required. Must be fluent in English.

Pay:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour
