About The Renaissance Retirement Residence:

The Renaissance is a boutique retirement residence that provides independent living, meals, and weekly housekeeping for independent seniors.

Position Summary:

Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality, service, and thoroughness while cleaning the residents' suites. This position is ideal for a mature person who may be semi-retired and looking for part-time casual employment. We are looking for someone to cover for when staff take holidays or are sick. This position may turn into more regular shifts in the future if wanted.

Job Duties:

Carries out general cleaning duties and routines, including changing bed linen, making beds, laundry, vacuuming, and dusting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a housekeeper is preferred but willing to train
Must be able to speak, read and write in English
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to complete physically demanding tasks

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
