Description
We are looking for a creative baker/ cake decorator to join our team. You would be responsible for crafting delicious desserts and cakes in a clean and organized work space.The successful applicant will join the team in the production of high volume and high quality cakes, desserts, and other baked goods.
Qualifications and Job Summary:
- Genuinely passionate about food and knowledgable about baking
- 1 3 years baking experience
- Baking and pastry arts diploma and/or trade experience is an asset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in our fastpaced environment are required
- Must be a positive, contributing team player who enjoys working in a progressive environment
- Must be able to lift 20kg
- Follow recipes, checklists, procedures & operating instructions thoroughly
- Complete tasks as delegated by your team leader & assist other team members as required
- Assist in stock control on all perishable stock
- Ensure consistency & quality of production
- Help ensure production areas are maintained and cleaned to highest standards
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
