Be part of our talented and growing team We are currently looking for a Advisor, ESG Program, Culture and Communications, to join our team, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Communications.


As the Advisor, Communications, Culture and ESG, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications, you will partake in driving the company's commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives while also contributing to the culture journey and actively participating in the employee engagement programs.

In this position, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage ESG and culture strategies and communications that align with our corporate values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Provide guidance and tools to improve employee communication, productivity, performance, and pride, all within the context of our corporate culture.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to align internal communications with our cultural values and leadership principles.
  • Develop and organize professional social activities that promote a thriving culture and foster employee engagement, keeping the corporate culture alive (Employee Appreciation Day, Monthly Breakfast Program, Games Contest, Celebration, etc.).
  • Propose tools to measure the impact and progress of culture programs, making recommendations for future areas of focus based on results.

ESG Program Management:

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Corporate Communications to implementation and evaluate the ESG strategies and programs, fostering a culture of sustainability and responsibility within the organization.
  • Support data collection methods for ESG metrics through sustainability reports, employee surveys, and other relevant feedback sources. Propose interventions to address areas for improvement and promote responsible ESG practices.
  • Participate in advocating for ESG values and practices across the organization, recommending engaging activities that promote sustainability and corporate responsibility.
  • Organize virtual events and activities for remote teams to enhance their awareness and engagement with ESG initiatives and cultural values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Between 13 years of professional experience focused on Communications, ESG program management, employee engagement, or related HR disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a keen ability to listen and empathize.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to embodying and promoting company values and culture.
  • Proven collaboration experience in working with diverse teams.
  • The ability to build relationships and gain the trust of key stakeholders and team members.
  • Passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to improving employee experiences and ESG practices.
