Main duties
Support the Customer Support team with:
Customer Contract Handling Guides
- Transferring the information on how to maximize the profitability of a contract through understanding of what is in the business case to how MTU should quote and invoice customer.
- Creating the customer contracts in SAP, working with Hannover IT to get specific customer pricing put into SAP for quick, accurate quoting.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Currently in their 3rd or 4rd year, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or similar program
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
- Continuous improvement and LEAN thinking
In addition, the following skills are preferred:
- MS Office skills (advanced user)
- Excellent Business English (oral & written)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, can do attitude and adaptable
- Motivated in continuous improvement
- Must be an analytical thinker, initiator, and problem solver
- Energetic, hardworking and effective in team working environment as well as working independently with mínimal supervision
- Interest and basic knowledge of aviation industry
Job Types:
Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 7 months
Salary:
$19.50-$25.00 per hour
