The Warehouse Administrative Associate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks in the Fresh Cut Department. They will report directly to the Production Manager.

Morning Shift:8am - 3pm, Monday to Saturday

Afternoon Shift:4pm - 12am, Monday to Saturday


Job Duties

  • Inputting correct information into database in order to generate packaging labels
  • Inventory verification conducting inventory counts and updating paperwork as required
  • Tracking temporary agency staff attendance and updating weekly spreadsheet with working hours
  • Scale verification conducting daily checks of scales using weights to ensure scales are calibrated accurately
  • Support production staff on the floor as needed (manually peel and cut fruit, and package, seal and label finished products).
  • Other tasks relevant to the position will be assigned as needed
  • Submitting daily production documents

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable to work in a refrigerated environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required

Salary:
$18.00-$18.50 per hour
