Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Counter Sales to join our Dartmouth, NS team.

The project coordinator / counter sales must have a keen attention to detail, be customer-focused, have strong organizational skills, and have experience with computer sales systems & processes.

A friendly attitude, multi-tasking abilities, and a desire to exceed customer & company expectations are also assets. Product and positional training will be provided.


Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist customers on the phone and at the front sales counter
  • Estimate product pricing for customer projects
  • Prepare job specific submittals for approval
  • Enter transactions into computer systems
  • Coordinate product sourcing & arrival
  • Identify opportunities and grow business
  • Execute daily branch functions for productions and warehouse.
This includes but is not limited to the following:
loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.

  • Gain a strong working knowledge of the company's product offering
  • Support and work with all other branch personnel

Requirements:

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
