Current members of the Comprehensive Community Support Team who are interested in the Team Lead role are invited to apply.

Reporting to the Supervisor-Comprehensive Community Support team, the Team Leader is responsible for fulfilling job description responsibilities as a member of the program team while providing specific support to the Supervisor and Program Manager in achieving strategic and service goals.

This includes planning activities to fulfill service delivery priorities and needs while supporting a healthy and safe work environment. These responsibilities/activities are planned and carried out under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Program Manager. The Team Leader also facilitates interprofessional collaboration, and acts as a role model and coach to all team members.

This Expression of Interest is for the Team Lead role within the Comprehensive Community Support Team and open to all members of the team who fulfill the required attributes.

Attributes:

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate staff; proven ability to share skills and knowledge with others
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with superiors, colleagues, other Team Leaders, Supervisors, Program Managers, clients, and the general public
Strong project/time management, analytical/critical thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
