Mississauga Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager will report to the COO and is responsible for the management and operation of the Mississauga Clinic while leading support by providing solutions to those in other clinics.
This role ensures the smooth operation of our busiest clinical location, managing staff and improving company processes. The supervisor will perform front desk and customer service duties and resource staff while implementing new processes.Duties
- Become an expert at all clinic duties, reception, and customer service
- Complete pans, cephs, ABO photos and impressions, learn proper infection control and sterilization procedures
- Create training protocols and policies that provide staff with clear directions and expectations
- Learn the clinical operations and advise on possible efficiencies
- Solve clinical issues as they arise, and strategize to improve clinical efficiency
- Tech support for issues such as internet issues, debit machine issues, and other related technology issues
- Support in the training and orientation of new hires
- Manage clinical inventory, and ensure clinical cleanliness
- Recognize exceptional staff
- Ensure quality customer service to all patients, and handle all patient complaints
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all staff and patients
- Ensure our first aid kit is being properly managed and be the designated individual
- Ensure all clinical signage is being maintained
- Ensure Radiation Binder is being adequately updated
- Manage clinical related questions in our internal Canaray communication system
- Analyse daily metrics which include the length of time a patient is in clinic, and customer service metrics, along with patient experience
Skills:
- Level II Certified Dental Assistant
- 2 years of Management Experience
- Extensive Customer Service experience
- Outstanding interpersonal relationshipbuilding and employee coaching skills.
- Excellent conflict management and leadership skills
- Strong problemsolving ability
- Eager to improve, and ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
