Job Duties:


  • Process Moneris batches daily.
  • Create cheque receipts & deposits in Procede and scan into RBC (scan & save backup in shared drive).
  • Process cash deposits in Procede and bring to the bank.
  • Pull reports from Data Insight for Cash Sheet Review and contact branches with outstanding cash invoices.
  • Maintain A/R accounts by creating offsets to clear accounts using Individual Item Schedule Summary to find $0 balance accounts.
  • Process warranty credits for warranty receivable as well as processing customers requesting a refund.
  • Open new NET30 and Cash accounts as per Controller.
  • Process credit card & EFT payment for A/R accounts and post.
  • Contact customers from AR Reporting with balances over 90 days, 6190 days and 3160 days.
  • Extract MVP reports, process MVP receipts and deposits
  • Pull reports from Data Insight and Procede

Truck File Management Duties

  • Create, maintain, and organize and track all customer files from creation to close
  • Create required PO's on new units
  • Enter Factory Invoices
  • Work with Controller to ensure paperwork is distributed and accurate prior to delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills/Experience

  • Min of 2 years admin experience in a similar role
  • Min of 1 year AR experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem solving skill
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Ability to work independently when needed
  • Team player
  • Open to learning new skills
