Summary
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide pooled support to our Legal Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing special projects and solving miscellaneous questions that arise, in addition to more traditional administrative responsibilities such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense reports.


Typical Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support to the legal department
  • Manage special projects and solve miscellaneous problems that arise
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare, edit, format, and mail legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Maintain electronic and physical files and records in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assist with research, data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and mailing
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and courts
  • Manage legal department distribution lists, intranet site and related shared sites
  • Oversee legal department subscriptions and licenses and ensure timely and costeffective renewals and payments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience
  • Legal experience is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Tech savvy and striving for constant improvement and innovation.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
