KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coach, Motivate & Manage Field Sales Teams.
  • Build & Grow Sales Team recruitment, onboarding and training of field teams in accordance with the Human Resources/Recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Manage DaytoDay Operations involving Field Sales Teams coordinate any necessary logistics including but not limited to: scheduling; storage & inventory management; program vehicles; travel; payroll; vendors; etc. in accordance with the Quality Control/Operations policies & procedures.
  • Client (Store Management) Relationships & Servicing.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
  • Ability to drive strong sales culture amongst team.
  • Visiting stores in person to build facetoface relationships and ensure everyone following policy
  • Leading by example with integrity and professionalism to create a collaborative, opendoor, teamfirst culture

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous credit card sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years management experience with highfunction sales team.
  • Results driven and strong motivator.
  • Must have reliable transportation and have a valid G Class Driver's License.
  • Professional, fun, energetic and have great communication skills verbal and written.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn, while being interested in continuous training and development.
  • Organized and quick thinking with the ability to problem solve.
  • The ability to demonstrate leadership to a team and motivate team members while leading by example
  • The ability to absorb, understand and communicate brand and product information effectively to consumers.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Motivated to provide exceptional leadership and customer service and work in a dynamic and fast paced
environment.

  • Flexible availability based on business needs.
  • Be willing to work at various retail locations if required.
  • Must be comfortable working independently, in a team environment and in both and indoor and outdoor environment.
