Job Description:

Responsibilities

Ecommerce Production - 80%

Ensure appropriate sizing is delivered based on anticipated model schedule on a daily basis
Monitor styles during preproduction and photoshoots for sizing discrepancies and quality control
Measure all new models and input measurements into the global CMS
Collect and map product attributes to the global CMS for customerfacing refinements
Stay uptodate on industry tools, techniques, and best practices in product information and attributes
Contribute to projects that will improve business performance through optimizing production processes supporting visual and content production and other strategic opportunities as required
Assist in the continuous optimization of sizing data
Perform data entry as required

Training and Development - 10%

Support the Size & Fit team with onboarding related tasks, help in developing training materials and participate in providing training on studio production tools and guidelines

Continuous Improvement - 10%

Conduct regular competitive research related to the communication of size and fit information
Develop best practices and capabilities by internalizing feedback and participating in workshops and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

College diploma or University degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing, or a related field
23 years relevant experience, fashion or ecommerce industry role an asset
Strong interest and knowledge of fashion designers, brands, and têxtiles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Open to work evenings and weekends as required
Ability to walk 5 km per day with equipment and/or stand for extended periods, when required
Must be able to commute to Montreal Chabanel Studio
