The
Logistics Coordinator is a key member of our Operations team and works closely with our internal departments, crews, and external industry partners to ensure a strong customer service experience is provided for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficient coordination and assessment of technician dispatching, ensuring profitable and effective operations.
• Proactively obtaining and updating ETA and crew statuses
• Handling ACE/ACI manifests for seamless crossborder relocations
• Sourcing and negotiating freight quotes.
• Accepts/releases shipments from the warehouse as needed
• Organizing necessary rental vehicles and equipment.
• Oversight of invoicing and processing
• Coordination of truck maintenance and repairs
• Accurate and timely data entry

• Proven problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptability to handle logístical challenges.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Openness to learning new procedures and technologies.
• Resilience in managing multiple tasks and adapting to change.
• Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred.


Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• At least one year of experience in the trucking or dispatch industry (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (Class G)
• Forklift License (an asset)
