This may be the perfect opportunity for you as our Conservation and Energy Management department is looking to hire a Program Specialist, Program Operations who will drive our conservation programs and nurture customer-centric experiences.

We want you to utilize your customer-centric vision to simplify the customer experience and leverage customer insights to improve the reach and satisfaction with our programs.


In this role, you will:
Identify barriers and bottlenecks and implement customer feedback to evolve our program processes.
Collaborate with internal partners to craft bespoke solutions for our customers.
Prepare business cases and reporting for new programs or modifications to existing programs including justification and cost-effectiveness analysis


What it takes:


A Diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline from a recognized program, plus a minimum of three years of recent, related experience in program development.

Demonstrated customer service approach and relationship building skills with program stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and project management skillset.
Ability to work independently and with partners in a fast-paced environment with complex processes.
Confident analytical skills and able to confidently make decisions based on facts and data
A 'get it done right' and 'can do' perspective that fosters strengthened relationships through every engagement.
