ravel throughout southern Alberta and southern Saskatchewan is required. This contract is

7 months and will begin in

April 2023.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the screed behind the mix asphalt paving machine
  • Ensure that asphalt is distributed evenly along on the road
  • Adhere to healthy and safety rules and protocols
  • Complete daily preventative maintenance checks on machine
  • Have a safety mindset and report any unsafe work or incidents

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience operating the controls on the Screed, ensuring the quantity and consistency of the asphalt is the correct.
  • Ability to communicate with supervisors, coworkers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
  • Maintains a valid Class 5 driver's license or better.
  • Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.
  • Willing to work out of town and in remote locations, as required.
  • Willing to work overtime, as required.
  • Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
