ravel throughout southern Alberta and southern Saskatchewan is required. This contract is

7 months and will begin in

April 2023.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the screed behind the mix asphalt paving machine
Ensure that asphalt is distributed evenly along on the road
Adhere to healthy and safety rules and protocols
Complete daily preventative maintenance checks on machine
Have a safety mindset and report any unsafe work or incidents

Required Knowledge & Experience

Experience operating the controls on the Screed, ensuring the quantity and consistency of the asphalt is the correct.
Ability to communicate with supervisors, coworkers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
Maintains a valid Class 5 driver's license or better.
Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.
Willing to work out of town and in remote locations, as required.
Willing to work overtime, as required.
Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
Other duties as assigned.
