OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, the Business Systems Analyst position is a broad IT role drawing on expertise with Business Systems and their underpinning data.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supporting, Maintaining, Upgrading, and Mitigating Risk for financial and business systems
- Administer user security and access rights for various financial information systems
- Troubleshooting
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting considering and avoiding potential future issues, mitigating damage from future incidents
- Maintaining and Developing documentation and training resources
- Identifying, recommending and implementing business process improvements
- Working collaboratively with our Data Base Administrator to improve business systems
- Acting as lead for ITrelated initiatives from for internal departmental integration initiatives
- Extracting Business Insights and Driving Efficiencies through Data Analysis, Information Delivery, and Process and System Improvement.
- Ad Hoc Projects
POSITION QUALIFCATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
- Degree, Diploma or Certifications in related disciplines such as computer systems technology, finance, or accounting.
- Five (5) years of experience with a professional services firm
- Experience with Dynamics SL, Dynamics CRM, Concur, Unanet, Papersave, and UKG is highly useful
- Scripting/Programming with PowerShell
