Your day:

Set up and operate both manual and CNC Lathe and or Mill Machines
Manufacture moulds and components to specified dimensions
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and workprocess documentation
Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories on machines
Cut, shape and finish metal to make precision machined parts and components
Ensure machines are stocked and working at full capacity
Perform workinprocess measuring, checking using specialized and precision tools and equipment
Collaborate with team to trouble shoot and resolve problems.

In your tool box:

Experienced operation and set up of CNC Lathe and Mill
Proven mechanical and technical Skills
Experience with Fanuc, SolidWorks or similar CNC controls
High level of math skill and technical ability
Exceptional attention to detail and able to work to close tolerances
Ability to problem solve, organize and communicate effectively
