Channel Sales Manager - Toronto, Canada - i-Sight

With massive growth ahead for i-Sight, we're looking for an experienced
Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through our value-add reseller (VAR), and additional channels.
In this role (remote-first), you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel sales strategy, building, and maintaining relationships with VARs, other strategic partners, and ensuring that our SaaS solutions are effectively marketed and sold through the channel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive sales growth through VARs.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners and resellers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VARs, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and questions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product, and support, to ensure that our SaaS solutions are effectively marketed and sold through the channel.
- Provide training, support, and resources to VARs to help them successfully sell our solutions to their customers.
- Monitor VAR performance and provide regular feedback to drive growth and improvement.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or a related field.
- Relevant experience developing a channel sales program from infancy.
- Track record of success, overachieving on quota and other key business objectives
- Proven track record of driving growth through channel sales in a SaaS company or similar technologydriven environment.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills and ability to effectively communicate with VARs and crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
