    Description
    We are seeking an innovative, operational & technical
    permanent full-time position at our Hamilton office. Operations this senior manager will be responsible for re-defining, implementing and executing
    You will directly manage the
    As a member of the leadership team, you will help drive
    direction for Ackroo from client and customer feedback and industry insights
    Building trust as a team
    get to own their projects, through our stock options program, they get to
    all merchant types across the business
    Manage production which
    Manage the company's
    deployment processes making sure there is daily analysis and delivery
    Lead all 1 st line technical support. Provide sales and office
    Build, manage, and expand
    Provide vendor management
    at time implementation of tools./SWOT analysis to help the business gain understanding of our customer and
    Actively monitor and manage
    the performance of staff to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly goals
    training processes of new team members.
    Provide performance
    management feedback and corrective action to direct reports when required.
    Bachelor's degree in
    Business or related area or equivalent
    ~5+ years of senior
    experience (technical, operational and/or sales)
    ~and conversing with contacts, clients, business owners and business
    Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    dental benefits
