Work Environment:
Outdoors, confined spaces, and must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maneuver the Volvo 150 wheeled excavator in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and other tasks as required by project specifications.
Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine work requirements.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols onsite to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate workflow and optimize productivity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the equipment and surrounding environment.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Complete daily logs and reports accurately to document work progress and equipment usage.
Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and supervisors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Wheeled Excavator Operator, preferably with expertise in operating Volvo 150 models.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.
Excellent handeye coordination and spatial awareness.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and travel to different job sites as needed.
