Communications Manager - 1 Year Contract

About this opportunity

Take an inside look at what you'll do each day

Develop marketing and communication strategies, programs and collateral that effectively promote CBI Health and its multidisciplinary programs
Provide internal project and program communication support, including developing communication plans and drafting and delivering engaging content to a diverse range of internal audiences
Support content generation for internal employee portal, including drafting stories as well as sourcing and editing content from CBI Health locations across the country
Develop and maintain corporate communication calendar in support of employee engagement and recognition
Manage relationships with external print and collateral vendors and provide support for marketing and recruitment events
Measure the success of communication strategies and programs used both internally and externally
Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to design, deploy and evaluate effective, efficient engagement initiatives
Collaborate with graphic design and bilingual team on communication design and delivery

What you need to be successful

Superior communication skills there is a lot of writing involved
Excellent organizational skills there is a lot of strategy involved too
3 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting
Experience with external as well as internal communications
Communications, Journalism or Marketing Degree/Diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset
