Your mission
As a Scrum Master, you play a crucial role in facilitating, shaping and reshaping the Agile process to keep the teams engaged and performing.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Act as a Scrum Master for the Customer Service team.
- Organize and facilitate the various Agile ceremonies.
- Create and foster a selforganized, crossfunctional team.
- Provide support to the Product Owner and developers to ensure transparency of scrum artefacts and customer satisfaction.
- Remove obstacles or guide the team to do so by connecting them with the right people.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all dependencies and impediments are communicated.
- Build a trusting and open environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame, retribution or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problemsolving.
- Assist with internal and external communications, improve transparency, and radiate information.
- Lead by example.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
- Be part of the communities of practice for Scrum Masters.
What you bring to the table:
- Recognized Scrum Master Certification.
- At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and 8 years experience in Agile product development.
- Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
- Experience with a variety of Agile approaches and concepts in a largescale context.
- Knowledge of the Atlassian suite tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
Required profile:
- You are engaging and motivated.

- You have mastered the art of leveraging conflict situations for reflection and learning.
- You are organized and proactive, constantly planning a surprise for your team.
- You are a good listener, always checking your team's pulse.
