Orange Lily Group, a leading nutrition and culinary company, is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role will play a crucial part in providing administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient operations and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building structure and organization into project planning, recording progress for the team
- Administrative tasks such as setting up spreadsheets and recordkeeping
- Maintain awareness of the yearly schedule and timelines
- Maintaining a streamlined data management system
- Assist with and maintain communications
- Assist with coordinating support for clients and team members
- Contribute to the management of policies and best practices within the organization
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year administrative or project management experience
- Very organized with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication skills and able to collaborate with others professionally and respectfully
- Trustworthy with a commitment to ethical conduct and values aligned with Orange Lily Group
- Skillful in prioritizing actions and multitasking effectively
- Capable of working well in a team and fostering a positive work environment
- Creative and able to assess situations to determine importance and urgency
Applicant Skills:
- Strong time management abilities
- Effective problemsolving skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
Software Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Experience with digital filing systems and document management
Assets:
- Experience in the longterm care industry
- Background in dietetics and nutrition
- Previous healthcare industry experience
