    As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a full-time Member Experience Supervisor in our Kirkland Lake market.

    The Member Experience Supervisor reports directly to the Market Manager and with guidance of the leader, makes functional or operational decisions.

    Primary duties include day-to-day observation and assistance of front line staff, vault responsibilities, and backup for the branch. Performs a variety of account maintenance activities and assists membership with any question or problem that arises.

    Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:
    College diploma (E

    G:
    Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing) or high school diploma and equivalent experience.
    A minimum of four years' related financial services experience.
    Leadership experience.

    Commitment to continuous learning within the scope of the duties to keep pace with changes relative to the job function.

    Starting Wage:
