What You'll Do:


  • Work on interesting and diverse water resources and mine water projects
  • Help manage clients and projects
  • Field work including stream assessments, installing new hydrometric monitoring stations, and ensuring existing hydrometric stations are maintained and in good working order
  • Hydrometric field services including discharge measurements
  • Hydrometric data computations and quality assurance, including rating curve development, stage, and discharge timeseries development
  • Maintain our online hydrometric network
  • Hydrometric reporting

What You'll Bring:


  • A positive and motivated personality
  • Technology Diploma in Water Resources, Environmental Technology, or similar
  • Minimum 35 years of hydrometric experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and be able to work with team members in a multidisciplinary environment
  • A desire to learn new skills and an eagerness to grow within your role
  • A valid driver's license (in good standing) is mandatory
  • Must be physically able to conduct field visits commensurate with project work. This may include handling and operation of equipment, travel to remote areas by vehicle, boat, air or foot, and outdoor site visits in all weather conditions on uneven/varying ground terrain.

Wage Range:

- $82,000 - $90,000, wage dependent on years of experience
