Talent and Culture Coordinator - Surrey, Canada - Linus Media Group
Description
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this person will help optimize HR systems, assist in hiring, onboarding and performance management, and will help make our companies even better places to work.
The Talent & Culture Coordinator's duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Duties:
- Liaise with all departments for onboarding, reviews, and payroll, ensuring all needs are met
- Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and company events
- Assist in updating employee records and help with administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Previous work experience (13 years) in a Human Resources role is preferred
- Educational background in Human Resources is preferred
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy, good judgment, and initiative
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
- Must possess a positive, cando attitude
