  • We on the Enterprise PMO team are looking for a Strategic Business Data Analyst to join our team to analyze and enhance crossorganization business processes, including data models, arrive at logical conclusions, and deliver strategic, technical solutions and operational changes to improve systemwide efficiencies.

What you will do:


  • Develop data driven business insights and analytics to drive organizational success
  • Take ownership of the research, data analysis and reporting requirements for complex projects spanning multiple departments, including Operations (Business and Revenue Operations), Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering
  • Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide meaningful insights to the business
  • Collaborate with business operations teams, developers and stakeholders to gather business requirements and draft a solution blueprint, establish usability, performance needs and testing scenarios
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down abstract information into details and prescriptive guidance
  • Develop strategic recommendations for implementation, resulting from indepth data and process analysis

What does success look like:

Short-term (1-3 months):


  • Learn and get familiar with our systems endtoend, our tech stack and business strategic initiatives
  • Create templates to deliver consistently on key artifacts for data analysis and program execution

- **Mid-term (3-6 months)**:
  • Work and collaborate on a specific business strategic initiative, focusing on bringing clarity to the requirements, including providing a blueprint/roadmap, and determining relevant data points to gather and analyze
  • Deliver required artifacts per program for execution
  • Drive program backlog grooming aligned with key business priorities, and sprint planning
  • Help with change management process and execution
  • Measure success of a program, following delivery
- **Long-term (6-12 months, and beyond)**:
  • Work on multiple programs concurrently, with a consistent approach, based on what has been learned, implemented, and applied to
  • date, including:
  • Providing initial blueprint/roadmap per program
  • Analyzing data to gauge success throughout the program
  • Delivering key common artifacts and training of changes to help with enablement/adoption
  • Regularly monitoring the business operations teams' program backlog, and provide inputs into sprint planning and execution

What you will bring:


  • 5+ years in a Business Analyst role or transferrable skills, with indepth data analysis and proven ability to deliver strategic recommendations for program/project execution
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or technical field
  • Previous experience in reporting (Power BI, Tableau) and data analytics (minimum 1 year), and experience in BI technology
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, and Jira
  • 2+ years proven experience with creating/designing data structures and writing above medium complexity database queries (relational databases)
  • Demonstrated ability of using data to make informed decisions
