Full-Time Administrative Support
**Child Care/Recreation Programs
**Competition # 23-43 FTADMCC

Key Responsibilities:


  • Input child and staff files into our digital software
  • Track subsidies
  • Follow up with overdue invoices
  • Manage program enrollments (such as for PA Days and Summer Care)
  • Assist the team with recruitment through measures (such as prescreening applicants,
coordinating interviews, completing reference checks, and ensuring regulatory compliance with
legislative items)

  • Provide backup for reception desk, while focusing on administrative supports
  • A commitment to the Clubs mission, Vision and Core Values.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration preferred
  • Experience in a child care/community centre or recreation setting an asset.
  • Current First Aid/CPR.
  • An acceptable police Vulnerable Sector check.
  • Proof of full COVID19 immunization.

Starting Salary:
$37,147.50
