Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide Services to Customers
Document and validate customer's business requirements
Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and document with meeting minutes)
Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
Provide customers with followup consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
Be a "goto" resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
Document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository
Contribute to internal knowledge share; review posted feedback on a continuous basis and respond to questions
Participate in Continuing Education sessions
Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Dayforce WFM Implementation Specialist(s)

Bachelor's Degree
SR WFM Implementation Specialist strong knowledge of Dayforce and Complex configuration.
Workflows, Schedules, Shift Rotations, Roles, Timesheets, HRCore, Entitlements

Complex config for compliance rules- Great written communications to create and execute test cases.

Collective Bargaining Agreement or Union Policies and Configuration experience
Ability to lead Implementation Specialists on solutions and daily tasks

WFM Solutions Specialist Position(s)

Bachelor's Degree
Strong knowledge of Dayforce and Complex configuration.
Great communication skills
Good analysis skills and documenting capability
Ability to liaison with product and development
SA with strong technical skills with Dayforce knowledge.
A greater understanding of Data and Integrations.
