Central Plains Co-op is hiring an Operations Manager permanently in Rosetown, SK.

What you'll do:

Provide strategic leadership for the Agriculture, Petroleum Operations, Food and Cstore departments to achieve growth and business development objectives.
Work closely with the leadership team to develop the annual corporate strategy in support of the Coop's vision and mission.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders to facilitate effective business operations.
Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement the Coop's marketing strategies and plans that support corporate and department goals.
Develop annual operating budgets, capital budgets, and business plans for each department supporting corporate goals.
Responsible for the talent management cycle, including recruitment, development and training, and performance management.

You will report into and work closely with the GM, providing leadership, coaching and guidance to department managers throughout the Co-op.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

Have 10 years of progressive experience in management and leadership with a focus in Agriculture.
Have a Degree in Business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
You are honest and trustworthy.
