  • Ordering, monthly inventory and COS management
  • Daily financial management and meeting labour targets
  • Daily bistro repair and maintenance
  • Scheduling, administrative communication, and daily cash completion
  • Thoughtful and innovative contributions to organizational development
  • Uphold standards, policy and culture of the bistro
  • Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
